Check-in time is at 14:00hrs and check-out time is at 12:00hrs.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Our hotel standard check in time is at 14:00 hours on the day of arrival. If you prefer to check-in before 14:00 hrs we recommend reserving a room for the night before to ensure this is possible.
Check-out time is at 12:00 hrs. Late check-outs are subject to availability and can be arranged upon request.
Guests can guarantee early check-ins and late check-outs according to the below charges. Early check-ins and late check-out are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The charge for an extra guest is 1,500 THB per night and includes an extra bed with daily linen change. Children under the age of 6 are not charged.

Yes, Valia Hotel’s Grand Executive Room can accommodate handicapped and disabled guests with handrails for the toilet and shower, wheelchair access to shower, shower chair, lights for doorbell and there is also wheelchair access throughout the hotel.
Are cots and extra beds available?
Yes, we can provide a baby cot at no extra charge and extra beds can be provided in most room categories at a charge of 1,500 THB per bed per night.
Do your rooms have bathtubs?
Yes, several of our room types come with bathtubs. These include Grand Deluxe, Triple Room, Premier Pool View, Grand Executive, One Bedroom Suite, Family Executive, Valia Suite and Valia Suite with Jacuzzi.

To get to our hotel from Suvarnabhumi International Airport you can take the Dindaeng/Bangna Express Way and the Rama IV Exit. Our hotel can be accessed via three separate entrances on Soi 24, Soi 22, and Klongtoey. If arriving by public transportation, please take the BTS Skytrain and exit at Phrom Phong Station.
